This page explains the current refund baseline before automated billing is launched.

Before activation

If a paid plan has not yet been activated, billing disputes can be reviewed manually before service access starts.

After activation

Because generation usage consumes third-party infrastructure, completed usage is generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed service failure.

Service issues

If the product fails materially due to our system or configuration, contact support and the case can be reviewed manually.
