  • Suggestive imagery involving individuals under 18

Violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

  • extremist propaganda
  • illegal activities
  • violence or self-harm encouragement

6. AI-Generated Content

  • outputs may be inaccurate or unpredictable
  • results may resemble existing works

We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique or free from third-party rights. Users are responsible for verifying whether generated content can be legally used.

AI-Generated Content

All platform materials including:

  • AI models
  • user interface
  • design
  • trademarks
  • documentation

are owned by the company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without permission.

9. Payments and Credits

Certain features of the Service may require payment.

Examples may include:

  • purchasing image generation credits
  • subscriptions
  • API usage

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Creem. You agree to comply with the payment provider's terms and policies. Prices may change at any time.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • digital services and AI generation credits are non-refundable
  • refunds may be issued only in cases of technical error or billing mistake

We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our sole discretion.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
